Questions

Before you subscribe

What do the reports contain?
Each report covers a single 13F-HR filing: portfolio value, position changes since the prior quarter, new buys, exits, concentration metrics, and the full holdings table. Data comes directly from SEC EDGAR.
How often are reports sent?
Institutional managers file 13F-HR forms quarterly, within 45 days of quarter end. You receive a report each time a filer you follow submits a new filing. Most activity falls in February, May, August, and November.
Which filers can I follow?
Any institutional investment manager that files Form 13F with the SEC. That includes hedge funds, mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and bank trust departments. Over 9,000 filers, dating back more than 40 quarters.
Is this investment advice?
No. FormThirteen delivers data from public SEC filings. 13F filings are backward-looking: they report holdings as of the end of a quarter, filed up to 45 days later. Positions may have changed. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free subscribers receive the full PDF reports, email alerts, and access to all holdings data. Pro adds AI-powered queries (ask questions about filings in natural language), real-time data refreshed every five minutes, and CSV exports.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Free subscribers can unsubscribe from any email. Pro subscribers can cancel through their account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
